My name is Julian Buendia  also known as “Jay gutter the hair cutter” on Instagram. I’m originally from Santa Monica California where I was born and raised and lived the majority of my life until I relocated to Playa de Tijuana in October 2022. 

I’ve been cutting my own fades since I was about 12 years old and even cut my older 18 year old friend’s hair at that age.  I hope to provide excellent detailed hair cuts that may take a while at first until I’m familiarized with specifics of each and every client’s needs.
